Winter Solstice Yoga & Singing Bowls
Join Lexi Stickel and Kelly Carsley at this special event to celebrate winter solstice. We will begin with a grounded yoga practice for half an hour followed by a 45 minute opportunity to bask in the healing vibrations of Tibetian and crystal singing bowls.
